Digi-Key Corporation and U.S. Sensor Corp. today announced the signing of a global distribution agreement. Digi-Key is one of the fastest growing electronic component distributors in the world and currently ships products to more than 140 countries. U.S. Sensor is a world-class manufacturer of high quality thermistors and thermistor probes and assemblies.
U.S. Sensor’s products include NTC and PTC thermistors, which are produced using proprietary state of the art processing techniques. To maintain its competitive edge in the marketplace, U.S. Sensor continuously invests in the most advanced component manufacturing equipment as well as the research and development of innovative products and manufacturing processes.
Digi-Key offers U.S. Sensor’s thermistors, including through hole and surface mount parts with several initial resistance ratings. Other products offered include inrush current limiting thermistors and thin film resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). U.S. Sensor products will be featured in both Digi-Key’s print and online catalogs. This new distribution agreement will allow Digi-Key to fulfill both the prototype and production quantity needs of its diverse customer base.
